2. Define Phase

Project charter, SIPOC, CTQ trees, stakeholder analysis.

3. Measure Phase

Process mapping, data collection plans, MSA, and process capability.

4. Analyse Phase

Root cause analysis, fishbone diagrams, regression, and correlation basics.

5. Improve Phase

Lean tools, Kaizen, value stream mapping, and waste elimination.

6. Control Phase

SPC, Poka-Yoke, standardisation, and project handover.

7. Project Work

Application of DMAIC to workplace-based improvement projects.
